This delightful home has been recently purchased, decorated and furnished by its current owners as a vacation rental. This three bedroom cottage is bright, comfortable and fully equipped. This home is ideally located in town within walking distance to all amenities and is only one block from the ocean - hence the name, “Stone’s Throw”. It has a very private back garden with lots of century-old shade trees, perennial gardens and a fabulous new deck with lounge chairs, an eating area and 2 comfy Adirondack chairs. The on-site bicycles will make it easy for your family to tour our pretty town.

This year-round cottage has three bedrooms (King, queen and a bedroom with two twins), a sitting area and one full bath upstairs. On the lower level, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, including a dish washer. There is an eating island in the kitchen as well a separate, more formal dining room with a well-equipped bar cabinet which includes wine, champagne and martini glasses, cocktail shaker, wine openers and ice bucket. The living room has lots of comfortable seating, a TV and DVD player and high speed wireless internet connection.

The front, glassed-in porch, is a wonderful place to wile away an hour reading or people watching. For added convenience, there are laundry facilities on site.
