This delightful home is new to us this year. Recently purchased, decorated and furnished by its current owners as a vacation rental, this three bedroom cottage is bright, comfortable and fully equipped. It is being introduced this season at an incredible weekly rent - so if you are interested, please book soon! This home is ideally located in town within walking distance to all amenities and is only one block from the ocean - hence the name, “Stone’s Throw”. It has a very private back garden with lots of century-old shade trees, perennial gardens and even a clothes line for beach towels. The on-site bicycles will make it easy your family to tour our pretty town.

This year-round cottage has three bedrooms (King, queen and a bedroom with two twins), a sitting area and one full bath upstairs. On the lower level, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, including a dish washer. There is an eating island in the kitchen as well a separate, more formal dining room with a well-equipped bar cabinet which includes wine, champagne and martini glasses, cocktail shaker, wine openers and ice bucket. The living room has lots of comfortable seating, a TV and DVD player and high speed wireless internet connection.

The front, glassed-in porch, is a wonderful place to wile away an hour reading or people watching. For added convenience, there are laundry facilities on site.
