The Loon

Nestled on a hillside, amidst several other cottages, The Loon over looks the tidal Waweig River just 10 minutes from historic St. Andrews and 15 minutes from St. Stephen and the Maine border. As part of a small community of new cottages, Loon guests can enjoy groomed paths, stairs down to the water’s edge, a small playground area, laundry facilities and a common meeting room.

This immaculate cottage is meticulously maintained. There is a large wrap-around deck, part of which is shaded during warm summer afternoons. The fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room are open to one another and one can walk from here out onto the deck through the kitchen door or the siding glass doors at the front. The living room is made cozy by a corner gas fireplace. Also on this level is one bedroom with queen bed and a full bath with tub and shower. The loft, which overlooks the living room, also has a queen bed.
