Maple Corner Cottage

This cottage is new to us this year, so we are offering it to our guests at an introductory price. It is a great value and the perfect rental property for a small family or two couples. Ideally located within the Town plat, it is within easy walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, museums, children’s playground, Centennial Gardens and the ocean.

This year-round home has a large property, landscaped with flowering shrubs, perennial gardens and a private side and back lawn for hosting a BBQ or enjoying a family meal. On the first level of this cottage, there is a separate sun porch, a large living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances including a dish washer and a den. There is a single bed in the den for enjoying an afternoon nap or to be used as an extra bed for an overnight guest. There is a full bath with shower on this level .

Upstairs, the large Master bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed. They share a full bath with tub and shower. The cottage also has the convenience of wireless hook-up and laundry facilities.
