Located at St. Andrews picturesque Indian Point, a 2 minute walk to the ocean and an easy stroll to the Town’s many restaurants, shops and community wharf. Fresh, beautifully equipped, this new cottage offers guests all the comforts of home while enjoying this historic, seaside town.

The master bedroom, located for privacy on the second floor, features a king-size bed, TV, fireplace, coffee maker, 2 comfortable chairs, private bath and its own deck with fabulous views of Passamaquoddy Bay and St. Andrews Harbour. The other two bedrooms, on the main floor, share a full bath with shower. The spacious living room features a stereo system and electric fireplace for a relaxing evening in or opens onto a large deck for cocktails under the stars.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has all major appliances including microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. There are washer and dryer for added convenience.

This large two-bedroom basement suite, with its private entrance, is light and airy with lots of large windows in every room. Newly finished, the rooms are decorated with comfortable furniture and accessories. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has twin beds. They share a full bath with shower.

Sofa and easy chairs, colorful rugs and an electric fireplace all add a special touch of comfort to the living/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all major appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.

Children are welcome. Child gates and a playpen are also available. Sorry no pets or smoking.
