The Lake House

This beautiful home is perfect for discerning guests who are looking for luxury accommodations that are both comfortable and well equipped. Ideally situated on the highest point over looking the gorgeous Chamcook Lake and within a 10-minute drive to historic St. Andrews by-the-sea.

St. Andrews, a long-time resort town has a lot to offer visitors; from unique shops and some of the country’s best restaurants, from museums to the delightful Kingsbrae Gardens, and from whale watching adventures to music festivals.

This year-round home has a large property, is private, well-treed and enjoys the wanderings, from time to time, of a variety of local wildlife. There is a path down to the lake, where swimmers may enjoy a dip in its clear, deep waters. Visitors may bring along their canoe or kayak so they may explore the vast beauty of the lake. The Lake House has two large decks, one off the Master bedroom, the other off the dining area which allows for added entertainment options - both enjoy great lake views.

The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. The center island is fitted with an eating area and stools so the chef may enjoy company while he prepares meals. There is also an informal eating area as well as a dining table. The Master bedroom with its ensuite bath are on this level, while the three other bedrooms (two queens and one double), family room and full bath are on the lower level. The Master bath with a double spa tub and large stand alone shower.

Since the house is situated on a slope, downstairs is as open and airy as the first level. Large glass doors open from the family room to an area overlooking the lake.

The home has a washer and dryer for the guests' convenience as well as a gas BBQ

Children and pets are welcome. No smoking please.

Pet Fees: Note that there will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 for each pet.
